In this episode Iolo Williams makes his final journey to meet people from around Wales that work on the sea and have a passion for the sea. As he makes his way along the south Wales coast he enjoys surprise encocunters with some truly wonderful wildlife when he joins a shark-tagging project twenty miles off shore in the Celtic deep. Iolo heads into murky water in Pembroke Dock to investigate a sunken seaplane but enjoys perfect sea conditions when he tries paddle boarding off the Gower peninsula. In his last stretch from Swansea to the Severn Bridge, he joins a commercial diver in the city's marina and goes on patrol with Cardiff police boat team.
