Three of the south west's finest chefs - returning contender Emily Watkins, experienced chef Dominic Chapman and newcomer Josh Eggleton - fight it out. They must cook their starter courses to be judged by the surprise veteran judge. Last time Emily missed out on the place in the nation finals and has come back fighting, but with two Michelin-starred rivals to beat, will it be second time lucky?
