Michael Smiley, the award-winning actor and comedian from Holywood, pedals around Northern Ireland recalling funny stories from the past and meeting other cycling enthusiasts and characters. Today he goes for a ride with the Steady Ladies all-girls cycling club in Armagh, delivers a two-wheeled surprise for 86-year-old long-distance record-breaker Isobel Woods in Lisburn, and tries out a white-knuckle mountain bike trail in Kilbroney Park.
