Despite a united front for the Giro D'Italia there are still major tensions between our two main political parties. Last week Martin McGuinness accused Peter Robinson of "cowardice of the worst kind" over alleged loyalist paramilitary attacks in east Belfast.

The deputy first minister attacked the first minister after claiming he was showing "no leadership whatsoever". The DUP has described the comment as outrageous.

Take That tax.
Gary Barlow and two of his Take That band mates could face a tax bill worth millions of pounds. It comes after a judge ruled they'd invested in a tax-avoidance scheme. Gary Barlow, along with Howard Donald and Mark Owen, put money through a company called Icebreaker, which was supposed to invest in the music industry. It's the type of scheme other high profile figures have been caught up in over the last couple of years.
Are these schemes acceptable in any shape or form? If a company or an individual is paying tax no matter how little - does it matter as long as they are doing it legally?

Over the weekend two homes were targeted in pipe bomb attacks in Ballymoney. A 59 year old woman with Downs Syndrome narrowly escaped injury - Patricia was asleep in the front room when the device came through the window.
