The north east chefs - Michelin-starred Frances Atkins, determined Paul Welburn and returning champion Colin McGurran - go head-to-head with their fish courses. Frances hopes to deliver a winning dish inspired once again by her father's experiences of D-Day, but will it be Colin who cracks under pressure with his unusual representation of the Normandy beaches?
