Top chefs compete to cook at a banquet marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The two remaining Welsh chefs cook their dishes again for the panel of judges.

The two remaining Welsh chefs fight it out for the last place in the finals. They must both cook all four courses of their D-Day inspired menus again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.

The judges are joined by former war correspondent Martin Bell, whose father was a favourite author of the troops during the World War II. Which chef will fly the flag for Wales next week?
