Cookery competition. The second heat continues as the four remaining celebrities fight for one of two places in the semi-finals.

This second heat continues with the four remaining celebrities fighting for a place in the semi-finals.

The first challenge is a knowledge and skills test, where the celebrities have the terrifying task of facing judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace one by one, and demonstrating their ability to identify a tray of ingredients, four different types of seafood and four types of salad leaf, before being asked to make a prawn cocktail from scratch in just 12 minutes.

Then the celebrities are thrown in to the daunting and stressful world of mass catering. Working in pairs to cook lunch for 100 bus drivers and support staff at West Ham Bus Garage, the celebrities have to work hard and be on top of their game if they want to succeed. With ingredients including minced beef, chicken breast and a range of fruit and vegetables the celebrities must produce meat based, vegetarian and dessert dishes on time to satisfy the hungry bus drivers. In the heat of the kitchen the celebrities have to rely on teamwork skills as well as their culinary ones to triumph.

Then it's back to MasterChef headquarters for the last challenge in a bid to earn a place in the semi- finals.

The four celebrities must then cook a faultless two course meal that is not only judged by John and Gregg, but also past Celebrity MasterChef champion in the shape of former England rugby captain Phil Vickery (2011) and previous finalists Andi Peters (2009) and Janet Street Porter (2013) who know exactly what standards they expect and aren't afraid to say exactly what they think.

With their last chances to impress for a semi -final place, emotions in the kitchen are running high and the pressure proves too much for some contestants.
