Cookery competition. The celebrities demonstrate their ability to identify six types of sausage and feed 120 students at the Royal College of Music.

The final heat continues as the four remaining celebrities battle for a place in the semi-finals. Their first challenge is a knowledge and skills test, where the celebrities have the terrifying task of facing judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace one by one and demonstrating their ability to identify six types of sausage, before being asked to make and cook sausages and onion gravy from scratch in just 20 minutes.

With no time to draw breath the celebrities are then plunged into the highly stressful world of mass catering. With 120 students to feed at the Royal College of Music the celebrities have to be on top of their game if they want to succeed. With ingredients including salmon and beef and a range of fruit and vegetables the teams must prepare meat-based, vegetarian and dessert dishes in two and a half hours. In the heat of the kitchen with a college full of hungry students descending on them, the celebrities need to rely on their teamwork skills as well as their culinary ones to succeed.
