Among the stories: the couples who instead of the professional-standard wedding videos they'd paid for were sent rushes of someone else's big day, and the family left living in a caravan for months when their building work was left unfinished and unsafe.
Plus, why an increasing number of people planning the once-in-a-lifetime Hajj pilgrimage have ended up going nowhere.
