Iggy Pop delivers this year's 麻豆官网首页入口 Music John Peel Lecture on the subject of free music in a capitalist society. Iggy has inspired and energised rock and roll's alternative spirit since the late sixties and John Peel was actually the first DJ to play Iggy's music (as part of the Stooges) on UK radio in 1969. Following the lecture, Lauren Laverne talks to Iggy about his musical legacy and a specially-invited audience puts questions to the godfather of punk.
