Sue's river knowledge is put to the test and she's presented with a specially commissioned firework cake by Great Wellingborough Bake Off winner, 11-year-old Christopher Foster. Also, meet the final person taking part in the One Show Rickshaw Challenge, 16-year-old Jess from Northamptonshire.
