2014 marks the tenth anniversary of one of the UK's most important black music tracks. POW has been called 'the national anthem of Grime' and it's release in 2004 marked a turning point for the genre.

This special one hour documentary, presented by the song's creator Lethal Bizzle, puts the spotlight on every angle of the track - from explaining how he managed to choose who appeared on the tune, to what inspired him to make it in the first place.

With contributions from Grammy award winning producer Just Blaze, So Solid's Lisa Mafia, DJ Cameo, Logan Sama and many of the artists who appear on the track - Pow, 10 years of Lethal B - is an in-depth, 360 insight into a seminal track.
