A rookie sailor takes part in the Tall Ships Regatta - a stunning spectacle where 46 traditionally rigged sailing vessels race 200 miles from Falmouth to the Isle of Wight. For newcomer Joseph it's a chance to escape from his office job and learn the ropes on board the 100-year-old Kapitan Borchardt.
The team at Southampton Harbour Patrol have their hands full keeping yachts and pleasure boaters out of the way of the massive commercial ships - especially when not everyone follows the rules.
Southampton is one of Europe's most productive ports, handling 38 million tonnes of freight every year. A team of brothers working on the dockside need all their skill and experience to quickly unload the Marco Polo, one of the largest container ships in the world - especially as she's carrying some unusual cargo.
While on patrol the HMS Severn crew board and inspect fishing vessels. They're one of the three ships in the navy's fisheries protection squadron who help to enforce rules designed to prevent overfishing in the channel and protect the UK's 拢880 million fishing industry.
