James Martin invites Dom Littlewood back to the street he grew up on in Southend to find out who lives there now.
It's a trip down memory lane for Dom as he meets people who remember him as a boy and even gets a chance to look around the house in which he was born. Dom and James meet the locals and set up an in-person social network in a campaign designed to tackle the growing issue of loneliness in the UK.
Britain is one of the loneliest places to live in Europe. James sets out to discover the causes and possible solutions. Older men are particularly prone to loneliness and James encourages a widower to join a local walking group as a way of meeting new people.
