First Milk, the Best Welsh Food Market and A Dovecote

One of Britain's largest milk buyers, First Milk, has decided to delay milk payments to farmers by two weeks. Meeting farmers in Pembrokeshire the co-operative's chairman Sir James Paice assures them that the buisness is still solvent and does have a long term future.听We hear what he has to say and hear from a听dairy farmer who produces for First Milk.

Butterflies听- it maybe winter but that doesn't stop the most persistant听conservationists. Gilbert John听joins a group of dedicated volunteers who have been pursuing an unusual piece of research in the Tawe valley

and the built in the 13th century would once have been home to approximately 250 birds and provided fresh meat and eggs for the inhabitants of the nearby castle. But having suffered many years of neglect the Grade 1 listed scheduled ancient monument has now been restored to it's former glory by the Manorbier Medieval Landscape Restoration Group..... albeit without the doves!
