Glenn and Sue Morse had a seemingly idyllic life in the countryside with their two children. But long shifts as a policeman meant Glenn was missing out on his children growing up, and self-employed quantity surveyor Sue was feeling the pressure.
One year ago, they considered drastic action to turn their lives around. Moving to New Zealand would see Glenn become a house husband while Sue would become the sole earner.
A trial week living in Auckland saw the couple discover that while work for Sue would be available, it would come at a cost. One year later, which side of the world do the family call home?

UPDATE: Morse family
As of February 2015, life has continued to improve for the Morse family down under, and Glenn and Sue are finding life down under far easier. In the last week they have informed relatives they plan to stay in New Zealand.
Sue is really enjoying her job, and the couple have developed a large circle of friends - including a couple from the UK who moved out in April 2014 after seeing the Morse's original episode of Wanted Down Under and getting in touch.
Glenn and Sue moved in the hope of聽spending more time with Grace and Jack, and feel that without doubt New Zealand is offering them a better way of life. The couple feel they've already done far more together as a family than they would have done if they stayed in the UK.
