Europe's top cop says it is one of the biggest challenges facing law enforcement bodies investigating terror plots. He says the drive by the tech companies to use stronger encryption has accelerated since IT contractor Edward Snowden revealed that the intelligence agencies in the US and UK were 'bulk monitoring' the emails of innocent people. Also, is enough being done to help elite athletes make the transition from the international spotlight to ordinary life when their careers end?
