The rag to riches story of a racehorse that took the sporting world by storm听听

Back in 2009听 a racehorse bred on a council allotment by a group of friends with no experience of horse racing, defied the odds to win the Welsh Grand National.听 The remarkable story of Dream Alliance has been turned into a documentary film, called Dark Horse and to coincide with with it's release this week here's another chance to hear a Country Focus programme, presented by Melanie Doel, that was recorded shortly after his successful win.
