Hazel Irvine introduces live coverage of the final round of the 79th Masters from Augusta National, Georgia, as the world's best golfers battle it out to claim the coveted green jacket awarded to the tournament winner.

No European has won the Masters since 1999, while it is 19 years since the last British winner - Nick Faldo in 1996. Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy looked poised to end that wait in 2011, when he led by four shots going into the final day, but a disastrous final round saw him slip from contention. However, since then the world number one has proved his mettle by winning four majors and victory at Augusta would see him complete a clean sweep of golf's biggest honours.
