Live-action comedy series introducing Titch and Ted. They get jobs in a restaurant and undergo a series of mishaps, learning about measurements on the job. Ted wants to buy a golden robot dog, but he doesn't have any money. Titch finds a job working in Mr Pie's restaurant, which pays loads of money. Titch and Ted get themselves into all sorts of trouble with their new boss Mr Pie, with very funny results. It's packed full of learning material and humour throughout.

Instructed by Mr Pie, the new employees have to clean the floor in time for their first customer's arrival - Dotty, who Mr Pie is (not so) secretly in love with. While cooking the soup, Titch teaches Ted the difference between half full and full. Dotty loves the soup and celebrates in song. For her main course, Dotty requests a pizza. Titch tells Ted how to use the recipe, but Ted decides to ignore it and burns the pizza. Mr Pie is understandably angry. He tries to fire them - but luckily for them, Dotty has a taste for burnt pizza! For pudding, she wants chocolate cake. Once again, Ted doesn't follow the recipe, and the cake - you guessed it - goes wrong.

With no chocolate left, they have to mould the original cake into something better. Ted tries to proudly deliver the cake but ends up putting it on Mr Pie's face. At the end of the meal, the bill comes to 拢9.50. Titch teaches Ted about change. But Ted gets carried away and ends up giving Dotty back all of her money, much to Mr Pie's dismay. Luckily, Dotty is so happy with the service that she tips them the full meal amount anyway. Ted skips off to get his gold robot dog, only to find out that it's rubbish. He realises he had the perfect friend in Titch all along and doesn't need a gold robot dog at all. They recap the key learning of measures, money, time, weight/mass, volume and capacity, length/distance, temperature and problem solving.
