Mohamed Ibn Chambas - UN Special Representative for West Africa

Stephen Sackur speaks to the UN's special representative for West Africa about the threat of militant insurgency, poverty, corruption and repression in the region.

Stephen Sackur speaks to the UN's special representative for West Africa Mohamed Ibn Chambas. How fragile is West Africa?
