The strange bird - ? We try and find an answer for our listener who contacted us from Builth Wells saying that everyday they've been hearing a strange bird call that nobody in the area has heard before.

A perhaps more familiar bird sound is that of the Yellowhammer but their numbers are declining. We meet the RSPB man who isthat the reason for their decline is the intensification of agriculture.

Gone Fishing - we hear how there's a desperate shortage of services to help former military veterans readjust to civilian life, particularly in rural areas. The Welsh mental health charity offers a peer mentoring service for former soldier suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other mental health problems like depression. Rachael Garside joins some veterans for a day's sea-angling on Poppit Sands, near Cardigan

Also at sea - the heritage coastal cruiser M.V. Balmoral is a classic passenger ship built in 1949 but she's been laid up in dry dock for the last 3 years. But now thanks to a huge effort by enthusiastic and devoted volunteers she's back at sea. And if you would like to catch the cruiser she sails from various points around our Welsh coast -

And we head to the rural town of Corwen for curry - of the many hundreds of Indian restaurants across Wales, when the judges of the 2015 competition chose "" they cited the impact that a successful restaurant can have on rural community like Corwen's, particularly when it comes to the area's economy.
