Giorgos Katrougalos, Minister for Administrative Reform
Stephen Sackur seeks clarification on the Greek government's position with regard to its debt repayments and looks ahead to their imminent referendum.
Chaos is a Greek word, and right now it's the best description of Greece's financial, economic and political situation. Athens has defaulted on its debt to the IMF and has rejected terms for an extension of the emergency bail out keeping it afloat. Or has it? HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur talks to Giorgos Katrougalos, minister of administrative reform in the Syriza-led government. Has Syriza taken a bad situation and made it much worse?
