They also look at photos of viewer bakes from home - the good, the bad and the downright catastrophic. What will the panel think of the bakers' attempts at sugar-free cakes in the tent? Who do they think pulled off the best gluten-free pitta breads? And whose dairy-free ice cream roll had them salivating in the showstopper?
