Louise Gilbert and her partner Paul Kennedy were looking forward to watching Ireland play Canada in the Rugby World Cup at the Millennium Stadium last month. But just days before the match, excitement turned to panic when they found out their 6 month old baby, Finbar would need his own ticket to get in!

Louise, who lives in Caerphilly, told X-Ray that she wasn't even pregnant when the tickets were purchased more than a year ago. Finbar had already been to see his first rugby match during the 'warm ups' for the Rugby World Cup, so Louise was shocked to discover that the main tournament had a different policy.听

She tried to buy a child ticket online - it cost 拢15,听but found she had to buy and adult ticket with it for an additional 拢85!

Desperate to go to the game, Louise made some calls to Rugby World Cup but says they failed to call her back as promised. When she contacted them again a few days later she was told there were no child tickets left.

Furious, Louise contacted X-Ray. She also took to Twitter to air her grievances and found other fans in the same situation.

The following day, Rugby World cup contacted Louise this time with good news: miraculously they鈥檇 found a ticket for Finbar. Louise has also been promised he鈥檒l get a ticket when they go to watch the Quarter Final on 18th听October too.

England Rugby 2015 insists there hasn't been a change in policy and they鈥檙e committed to making sure all fans have a great experience of Rugby World Cup 2015. They say they'll do their best to help fans who still need additional tickets for babies. They advise anyone needing a ticket to contact customer services on听0333 003 2015 (from the UK)听or visit the venue ticket office.

Thousands of Rugby fans from all over the world have been descending on Cardiff over the past few weeks to watch the Rugby World Cup. If you鈥檝e had trouble getting home at night from the City Centre lately though, you鈥檙e not the only one.

Lots of you have been complaining on Facebook and Twitter about licensed cabbies over-charging or refusing to take short fares.

Even ex-Rugby International Jonathan Davies tweeted:

鈥淲hen are Cardiff Council going to sort out black and white taxis, dangerous for ladies on their own and bad impression for city鈥�

The city鈥檚 licensed taxi drivers have denied that short fares are being turned down but Cardiff Council has told us that it is already investigating numerous complaints. As a result, it has started a 'mystery shopping' exercise to test taxi drivers during the remaining World Cup games.听

The initiative was announced after three sex attacks within five days in the city recently.

Cardiff Council is encouraging anyone who has experienced difficulties to file a complaint. You can do this by sending a photo of the driver鈥檚 identification if possible (taken with your smart phone), or cab number, along with the date, time and location to听licensing@cardiff.gov.uk.

This week we sent Rhodri to Ebbw Vale, the town with the highest population of smokers in Wales, to meet people trying to kick the habit.

Geoff Morris has smoked for nearly thirty five years, usually smoking around twenty cigarettes a day.听He has a physically demanding job as a plasterer and says he's also noticed a decline in his fitness whilst听walking his dog Strider.

Geoff has tried to give up in the past using various products including nicotine gum, e-cigarettes and even acupuncture. They had limited success for Geoff, but many smokers find them helpful; it's worth remembering that many nicotine replacement products are available free of charge on the NHS, either through your GP or Stop Smoking Wales. .听

Following a health check Geoff was referred to Stop Smoking Wales which has several local groups running all over the country. The sessions can be arranged in a group or on a one-to-one basis and help with the behavioural side of quitting: habit, cravings, weight gain and withdrawal.

After seven weeks of going to classes, Geoff is finding the group support very helpful and still hasn鈥檛 had a cigarette. He still has a long way to go to conquer his smoking addiction, but Geoff says he is already feeling the benefits and the aches and pains in his arm have stopped.
