'Grow Wild' in conjunction with the Royal Botanic Garden Kew, encourages communities across the UK to transform drab, unloved areas by sowing and growing wild flowers.聽 'Grow Wild' has chosen 3 flagship projects in Northern Ireland, one of which will receive 拢120,000 grant.聽 We visit each group to find out how they plan to use wildflowers to make the most of their place for nature and people alike.

There's to be 3 new sailing boats named and launched onto Belfast Lough this weekend - they'll become part of the fleet of crafts that 'Belfast Lough Sailability' have.聽 They are a charity which give opportunities for people with disabilities to take on the joy and thrill of sailing.聽 Helen Mark speaks to Bob Parker, who has been involved with Sailability since it started up in Northern Ireland in 2001.

'The hare's Vision' tells a brilliant story of a 6th Century Irish monk, Cormac, who must protect a set of precious sacred scrolls and his journey to do that takes him from Jerusalem to more familiar places like Dunseverick, Beaghmore Stone Circle (that's outside Cookstown) to Drum Ceat.聽 Helen Mark heads there to meet up with author William Methvyn, to find out how he has woven an imaginative tale with his great love and knowledge of ancient Irish history.
