Jane begs him to come down and promises to hand herself in, but Ian resolves to finish what they started. Jane won’t let Ian leave his family and tearfully beseeches that together they can find a way through. Ian takes Jane’s hand and climbs down. As they embrace, Phil’s car screeches to a halt across the road. Ian stares in disbelief at the figure over Jane’s shoulder - it’s Kathy.
