A Celtic Rainforest - with a river following through it and waterfalls creating unusually humid conditions, the wooded gorge of Llennyrch near Maentwrog in Snowdonia has been described as our very own Celtic rainforest. Now the Woodland Trust are appealing to raise 拢1.5m to buy to conserve and improve the site for the future. We discover the significance of the proposed acquisition.
Crowd funding Agriculture - we look at how two agriculture initiatives set up under the umbrella of are celebrating the success of a first crowd-funding investment scheme.聽 They've raised more than twelve thousand pounds which will enable them to expand their present operations growing vegetables for around 50 families, alongside a second venture involving sheep and fruit trees.
