Clive Mason introduces Ian and Larisa, seasoned swimmers and friends of more than 30 years who are attempting the biggest challenge of their lives - swimming around the Scilly Isles. We visit Kerena Marchant, the first person to use a hearing dog for the deaf in the workplace.
