One of the stand-out games of the weekend sees the Miami Dolphins take on the New York Jets in a repeat of their meeting on UK soil at Wembley on 4 October - a match won by the Jets.
Elsewhere there are some intriguing meetings of some of NFL's form sides this season. The Green Bay Packers, led by in-form quarterback Aaron Rodgers, are in action against NFC North divisional rivals Chicago Bears.
