On this week's show...
Liam Logan takes a run to Dunmurry, where the Rev Henry Montgomery is being commemorated by a blue plaque, 150 years after his death in 1865.
Liam hears from the Very Rev William McMillan about Montgomery’s liberal opinions and why he believes the ‘Lion of Dunmurry’ deserves to be remembered still.
The Low Country Lad, Darren Gibson, is back with a favourite Ulster Scots word, one which inspired a poem by George Francis Savage Armstrong.
There’s more poetry from Wilbert MaGill of Craigboy; Patrick Bell of Ballywalter has a song about a monkey that once caused a commotion in the village and Liam meets Andy Eagle, who runs his own website on the Scots language, Wir Ain Leed.
