This industrial city has reinvented itself and has become a huge outdoor gallery, with a ten-mile green line taking you on a trail featuring implausibly large modern artworks. To get around the city? What else, but a 12-metre high mechanical elephant! Sacre bleu! In this week's short Getaway, Joe is in County Clare to visit the magnificent Cliffs of Moher.
