Across the nation, sales assistants are finding out whether they have made the grade in the competition to find Britain's best mobile phone salesperson. Over six months, they have faced a series of challenges, each designed to test their sales ability, their product knowledge and their industry insight. It is now time for the final round.

At a top London hotel, the judges spring one last test on the remaining 12 contestants to see who can keep a cool head under pressure. Each candidate is vying for a place at the Mobile Industry Awards and a chance to mingle with telecommunications captains of industry. It's a once-in-a lifetime opportunity and the gloves are well and truly off.

For Roland Ratvai of Three, it's the final hurdle in his quest to better life for his young family. For Andy Gray from Fonehouse, it's a chance to stand up for small businesses everywhere and do his nan proud. For EE candidates Gemma and Marc, both from the Poole branch, it is the moment of truth.

Six months of competition have all led to this moment. There are 24,000 mobile phones salespeople working in Britain, but there can be only one shop idol. Find out who in the final episode.
