Reynolds
British businesses deal with an innovative form of recruitment. A family-run national fruit and veg supplier gives its staff the power to decide who should get hired.
The first episode in the series sees Reynolds, a family-run national fruit and veg supplier based in Hertfordshire, follow the recruitment model used by some of Silicon Valley's biggest companies by giving its staff the power to decide who should get hired. The company needs a new distribution manager, but it is employees from marketing and sales right through to warehouse workers that get to secretly scrutinise the candidates' every move in a series of workplace challenges spanning the entire company. Which of the candidates knows their onions enough to win over the workers, and will the boss agree with their choice?
