Consumer show. Dom helps a couple get a refund from a company that failed to send a coach to take them and their guests to the registry office on their wedding day.
If there's one thing you don't want to be late for it's your wedding, but that's the nightmare John and Vicky were facing when the coach they'd hired to take them and their guests to the register office failed to turn up. Getting a refund from the company has proved nigh on impossible but Dom hopes to change that when he takes on their case.
