After claiming back more than 拢13,000 in mis-sold PPI, Shirley and her husband feel they were then hit with unfair charges by their claims management firm. Dom comes to the rescue and takes up the fight on their behalf, but this case is far from simple. As Dom investigates, it seems there have been crossed wires between the couple, their bank and their claims management firm. Can it be sorted out?
