Newry-born brothers, Brendan and Declan Murphy of the band the 4 of Us take time out from their tour to perform live in the studio. It's FA Cup final day and sports journalist Oliver Kay tells the story of football's lost genius, Strabane man Adrian Doherty, who was destined for stardom with Manchester United.
A young woman originally from Nigeria, Abi Ajetummobi now living in east Belfast, is a care leaver with Barnardos. She'll be in talking about her time in care and baking a cake for the recent garden party at Buckingham Palace to mark 150 years of Barnardo's.
It's Dementia Awareness Week and sufferer Danny Brown tells his story of diagnosis and how he focuses on keeping his brain active. John goes on the hunt for movie extras in Donaghmore with the Bardic Theatre Company. All that plus Paula McIntyre cooks up bruschetta with grilled steak, mushrooms and wild garlic mayonnaise.
