Are you a top-notch tandem rider? Or have you no coordination at all, but want to give it a go anyway? This week we鈥檙e off to Lisburn, where local charity Lisburn Outlook are looking for people to get on their bikes.

Next week, the fields of Ballymullock Road in Larne will be filled with the sound of bleets and barks, as 150 sheep dog and their handlers make their way to The Irish National Sheepdog Trials. Organiser John McCullough, a sheepdog handler himself, joins Anne Marie to tell her the tricks of the trade.
