Cheese Puffs
Tasty Cheese Puffs from the 1970s
Ingredients
120ml Milk
120ml Water
40g Butter
Tea spoon Dijon Mustard
4 Eggs
320g Grated Cheddar Cheese
360g Plain Flour
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Half Tea Spoon Paprika

Method听
Preheat the oven to 200c
In a saucepan add the milk, water, butte, mustard, paprika & pepper. Gently bring to the boil. Take off the heat.
Whisk in the flour, then use a wooden spoon and work the flour in through the liquid to form a stiff ball of dough.
听
Add 4 eggs one at a time stirring with wooden spoon, then add the melted cheese and combine together.
听
Place mixture into piping bag and pipe onto parchment paper on tray. Bake for 12 minutes until golden in colour.
Best served warm from the oven.听
