James Davidson spent his childhood at聽his family business -聽the Eglinton bakery on Lisburn Road in Belfast. In his catalogue of memories of cakes of cream buns, he remembers聽the old custom where local bakeries in Belfast would allow people to bring along their turkeys to be roasted in the Bakery ovens on Christmas Eve.
