Phoebe helps hand out canap茅s at the party at Lower Loxley. Lily, who is in her element hosting, gives Phoebe the lowdown on particular guests and shares her match-making plans. Later, Phoebe tries to encourage Johnny to approach Amber but he's not feeling confident. Lily worries if everyone is enjoying themselves enough; there have been some grumbles over the queue for cocktails.

Johnny, in need of a wingman, drags Freddie from playing video games in his room. Freddie switches the music, much to Lily's annoyance, but then people start dancing and the party livens up. Later, when Freddie hears some people are skinny-dipping in the lake he runs to join them.

Adam and Ian have dinner together but both are preoccupied. Ian worries to Adam that he's done the wrong thing being helpful to Lily - what if the party gets gate-crashed? They decide to go over to Lower Loxley. Straight away they realise all is well and they try to sneak away quietly but Lily, relieved it's not Lewis, invites them in. When Adam and Ian get back from the party, Adam broaches the subject of sharing a bedroom again and they head upstairs together...
