Today, the History Hunters find out how to read maps, measure the depth of water by making a sounding weight and bake pirate rations - salty supplies called hard tack.

For their pirate-themed sleepover, the Hunters need hammocks for their friends to sleep in. They use rope and old sheets and experiment with the best knot and tying method to make sure the crew get a good night's sleep.
