But a painstaking five-year investigation by West Midlands Police revealed the company was involved in a complex and sophisticated fraud.
And Matt meets Pauline who, despite a terminal diagnosis of cancer, faced having her benefits revoked because she had lived longer than expected. Could a Saint at the end of a telephone line help Pauline and many others in her situation?
