Slurry pollution -says slurry, which caused "" in Monmouthshire, has been contained. Up to 450-thousand litres of slurry was in a lagoon which failed. NRW says a "significant" amount of it went into a tributary of the River Honddu. But at what cost to the environment and is enough being done to prevent such incidents?

Butcher - slaughterhouses have been fighting for survival in recent years and a study from last year cited a shortage of skilled workers and the unwillingness of youngsters to take on family abattoirs as part of the problem. But is a bucking that trend - after more than a decade helping her father run the family's abattoir and butchers, she has officially taken the reins as the owner of the company following her father's retirement.
