Joe Swift meets interiors designer Abigail Ahern who has managed to introduce her eclectic style into her garden. A glass extension on the back of her house 17 years ago, inspired a complete overhaul of her garden and kick-started a passion for garden design that incorporates her signature rich colours, funky accessories, use of indoor lighting and faux cacti for drama, all blended with a strong variety of plants, trees and shrubs.
