It seems better-off pensioners could be hit in the pocket if the Conservatives win the general election. The Conservatives launch their manifesto today, with the party well ahead in the polls. Widely leaked contents include winter fuel payments being means tested instead of paid to all older people no matter how rich they are. And the better off could also have to pay for social care at home out of the value of their properties. So is this a big moment in policy for older people? If you're better off and retired, would you be happy to pay a bit more? Stephen got the views of commentators Bishop Stephen Lowe and Ruth Dudley Edwards.
