Verity Sharp and guests report on the inaugural Oram Awards, which took place in Margate. Plus Henry Flynt's Hillybilly Tape Music and Tampa Red's Hokum Jug Band.

Reports and reflections on the eight winners of the inaugural Oram Awards, which took place on Saturday at the Turner Contemporary Margate as part of Oscillate Festival. The awards, named after pioneering composer and musician Daphne Oram, were set up by the New 麻豆官网首页入口 Radiophonic Workshop and PRS Foundation to support women and girls in music through bursaries and mentoring.

Tonight we hear from electronic-pop producer Klein and hardware-hacker Ewa Justka after they received special commendations at the awards, and get the thoughts of Matthew Herbert, director of the New 麻豆官网首页入口 Radiophonic Workshop.

Also, hear Henry Flynt's "Hillybilly Tape Music", Tampa Red's "Hokum Jug Band", Damien McGeehan's "Tin Fiddle", among other unexpected delights.
