Thomas has contacted On Your Behalf for the third time as he has been repeatedly blacklisted at his local Asda petrol filling station, through no fault of his own. Ticket refunds recap - in light of the recent surprise cancellation of Carl Frampton's scheduled fight last week, Gerry Hyland of the Belfast Consumer Advice Centre chats to Linda about ticket refunds and how they may depend on how and where the ticket was purchased.
Problems with the post - Keelin Mcloskey from the Consumer Council is live in the studio to look at all things postal as we hear from one gentleman who paid to insure his parcel, it never got there and Royal Mail wouldn't pay out on the insurance. A lady who bought gift cards in the Post Office as a gift, however one card was void, and return to sender - what happens if you put unwanted mail back in the post and where does it go? Finally the 拢950 remote control car that broke down within a month or purchase - Gerry Hyland of Belfast Consumer Advice chats refund rights on goods bought within this time frame.
