The vibrant characters of the bay return for the final instalment of the series. Technology and communications expert Martin and his fiance Elisa prepare to get married, but it is no ordinary wedding. Not content with just getting wed in real life, they are tying the knot with the eyes of the world upon them and headsets on in virtual reality. But will the wedding be a real hit or a virtual disaster? Love is also in the air for florist and cafe owners Seb and Lucasz as they reminisce about how they met online and fell head over heels for each other. Meanwhile, customer and serial dater Lea isn't having much luck finding love online.

Philosophical plumbers Wayne and Brian discuss love, politics and the changing face of Cardiff Bay - its meteoric metamorphosis from one of the world's biggest ports to the tourist destination drawing people from all corners of the world today.

We climb aboard with the Harbour Authority crew, working hard behind the scenes, as they embark on their weekly deep-cleaning and decluttering operations in order to keep the bay shipshape and ready for all its visitors to enjoy. But there is something lurking in one of the locks - can the harbour boys save the day?

The first Somali Plaid Cymru candidate Nasir Adam gears up in Butetown for the local council elections, where he hopes to bring change for the better to the community he grew up in. But can he hit pole position against his Labour rival when it comes to the crunch on election day?

And independent business owner Kev reopens his pizza kiosk in the shadow of the chain stores and restaurants of Cardiff Bay, undeterred by the food giants. His time in the army has equipped him with the determination to lead his venture to victory as well as a socially conscious business ethos - each week Kev and the team roll up their sleeves to prepare 100 extra pizzas to help feed the homeless of Cardiff.
