A woman has written in to an Asian agony aunt column saying that despite having a post-graduate degree and earning more than her in-laws, she's referred to as the daughter-in-law who can't cook. Nomia asks if Asian women face unfair expectations from their in-laws. Then artist Salma Zulfiqar talks about her "empowering Migrant Women" workshops, which help Syrian refugees integrate into British society.
